Fighting the Fakes

There is a saying “imitation is the sincerest form of flattery”, but in the case of Caress products – it cannot be further from the truth.

We recognise that the reason we have been targeted by the fakers is because of the reputation our products have around the world. However we are saddened that people are buying what they believe is a genuine Caress high quality product, only to be given a poor quality fake.

We have compiled a few of the common questions we get asked, to help you ascertain whether the product you have purchased is “True Caress”. As you will understand, poor quality fakes is something we want to stamp out as quickly as possible, so if you do have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

In countries that use Caress No. 1 Original, we have introduced a 12 digit alpha-numeric code that can be text to a local number to check if it is a genuine product code. If you need help verifying your Caress No. 1 Original product, please contact us.
