I have read that your UK factory is ISO 9001 accredited, what does this mean?
Being ISO 9001 Certified means our factory has met the stringent requirements defined by the ISO 9000 Quality Management System (QMS). It acknowledges our business processes as best practice and helps us achieve consistent results.
What makes Caress Earrings different to others makes on the market?
At Caress Manufacturing, we undertake the whole manufacturing process from an ISO 9001 UK factory. All our studs are produced to the highest standards and our staff are trained to constantly monitor quality during the manufacturing process. From production they are then passed through to our quality control department for further checks, ensuring our exacting standards are always met.

How will Caress support me?
We provide all our customers with the highest levels of support. As well as piercing instruments, stud earrings and aftercare solution, you will also be provided with marketing material to help you promote your ear-piercing services and expand your customer base. We can also help you navigate through local authority requirements as some UK councils have introduced new regulations. We are here to help your ear-piercing business succeed.
Once I place an order how long will it take for the stock to arrive?
We do our utmost to deliver our goods in a timely manner. If we receive your order before midday, we will send the stock out the same day. UK delivery will be next day, outside of the UK the stock arrival time depends on the country. If you would like to know more about delivery timescales to your location, please contact us.

Fighting The Fakes
We recognise that the reason we have been targeted by the fakers is because of the reputation our products have around the world. However we are saddened that people are buying what they believe is a genuine Caress high quality product, only to be given a poor quality fake.
Read the FAQs below to help you ascertain whether the product you have purchased is “True Caress”. As you will understand, poor quality fakes is something we want to stamp out as quickly as possible, so if you do have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
How do I know if I have genuine Caress earrings?
In countries that use Caress No. 1 Original, we have introduced a 12 digit alpha-numeric code that can be text to a local number to check if it is a genuine product code. If you need help verifying your Caress No. 1 Original product, please contact us.
Do Caress manufacture earrings outside of the UK?
No – all Caress products are made within the UK.
What is the difference between genuine and fake Caress products?
Fake products are made with substandard materials, usually brass which can be problematic to your health when piercing. Fakes will tarnish to black quickly so will not last long and could cause infection.
My distributor tells me that I have bought genuine Caress. How can I check?
Contact Caress directly or check the security code as explained above.
I think the Caress Earrings I have bought are fakes – what should I do?
Contact Caress so we can report to the authorities.

How much is shipping?
We offer two delivery options, Royal Mail 48 hour tracked at a cost of £2.70 or alternatively standard 2nd class Royal Mail at £.075
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
