Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase.

If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To start processing your return please email info@caressltd.com 

In your email, please include proof of purchase, your full name, date and method of purchase, stating the reason for the return and we will respond accordingly. Please note that we may need photo evidence as part of your return process.

and we will issue you with a refund or exchange.

Please do not ship your item unless you have already emailed us and notified us of your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item with a value in excess of £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
